Our charming two bedroom stone cottage faces south and enjoys breathtaking and uninterrupted views of Loch Earn and Ben Vorlich from its elevated position.
Little Briar is surrounded by wooden decking within generous landscaped gardens, featuring ornamental furniture and barbeque facilities. A separate driveway leads up to the cottage with parking for 2 cars. Guests can also request to fish, picnic or barbeque from our 250ft private garden area on the shores of Loch Earn where we have a jetty, slipway and 3 mooring buoys.

The region boasts excellent eateries from pub grub to fine dining, the nearest hotels being 150 metres and 200 metres from the gates.

Your room is the wee house on the east end of the croft and adjoins the main building. You have your own front door, crisp white sheets and a luxury en-suite shower room. Your room is south-facing giving you that sweet morning light. It is charming, private and leads into the garden with views over Loch Earn and the surrounding mountains. You will find a blanket in your room so that you may wrap up, sit outside and enjoy the stars at night.

Our location in Lochearnhead provides an ideal base for walking, watersports, cycling, with flora & fauna and wild life in abundance. There are many local historic places to inspire you and bring the history of the highlands to life. Or perhaps you'd simply choose to curl up with a good book in front of the fire and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of a slower pace of life. We're OK with that.
Wester Auchraw Croft is located on the A84, Cycle Route 7 and the much loved walk 'Rob Roy Way'. It sits amongst spectacular scenery in Highland Perthshire yet is only 1 hour's drive from Glasgow, Edinburgh and Perth. We look forward to meeting you.
