Our cottage is situated around two miles from the coastal village of Coldingham, in the Scottish Borders.

The cottage sleeps four people with one double bedroom and a twin bedroom.

There is a large kitchen with integrated dishwasher, a washing machine, fridge with icebox and an electric oven with touch control hob and extractor. There is a large supply of utensils, crockery and glassware.

The living room is spacious with a leather suite and 28" TV with DVD player and Freeview. The bathroom is modern with a shower over bath.

All linen, electricity and oil is inclusive. The cottage is very cosy with oil central heating. Outside there is a large drive, patio area and large garden. We are happy to accept well behaved pets.

Great spot for cycling, walking, bird watching, geologists, fishing etc. Perfectly placed for a countryside or seaside holiday. Walk through the secret tunnel to quaint Cove harbour a safe haven for children or walk along the spectacular clifftop trail. Each cottage is fully furnished to a high standard Bridle Cottage(seaviews) has a double room with ensuite, twin bedroom aand family bataharoom. The Tack Room(seaviews) has 1 double, 2 twins and 2 bathrooms. The Snug (sunny courtyard location) has 1 double and 1 twin. This delightful holiday cottage is situated in the picturesque hamlet of Cove, perched on the cliff tops near Cockburnspath. It is within easy reach of the A1 and also benefits from excellent rail links. The cottage is a great base for walkers, bird-watchers and golfers as well as a fabulous location for a traditional seaside holiday.

The cottage has been cleverly designed so the living areas are on the first floor to take advantage of the stunning views over the cliffs to the sea. The sitting room, dining room and kitchen are a large open plan area and beautifully furnished. There is a wood burning stove, french windows and a fully-equipped modern kitchen.

Downstairs there are three spacious bedrooms, a family bathroom and a utility room with access to the paved sun terrace (perfect for those long summer evenings). The master bedroom has lovely sea views and an ensuite shower room. There is a twin room and a sunny third bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed (also a pull-out bed if required).

All bed linen, towels, central heating, hot water, electricity and a supply of logs are included in the price.

We regret that pets are not permitted.
