Glen Affric Chalet park offers excellent self-catering accomodation at reasonable prices.
We are situated in the heart of some of the most spectacular mountain scenery in Scotland, only 15 minutes drive from Loch Ness and 26 miles from Inverness, the capital of the Highlands. Glen Affric is reputed to be one of the most beautiful glens in Scotland, and there are numerous beauty spots within easy reach. Strathglass, as the area surrounding Cannich is known, is the home of the Clans Fraser and Chisholm as well as being the birth place of Scotland's national game of shinty.
We are an ideal base for outdoor activities such as walking, climbing, fishing, stalking, bird-watching and pony trekking or for those wishing to relax we can offer complete peace and quiet.

Balnalurigin self catering cottage is a traditional stone-built dwelling situated in a secluded hillside positioned above the village of Balnain Glenurquhart, six miles from Loch Ness. It has outstanding views over Loch Meiklie to the mountains to the west.
Originally two cottages, the house was renovated in recent years and now provides comfortable, centrally heated self catering accommodation for up to seven people.
On the ground floor there is a sitting room with an open fireplace. A small sun-room leads off this room, as does one of the staircases. Two steps lead up to the fully equipped kitchen and dining area.
Off the hall there is a bathroom with shower and also a shower-room. A steep staircase leads to two twin bedded rooms, one of which has a cot. Up the stairs from the sitting room are a double and single bedroom.
All bed linen is provided (except for the cot) as are personal and tea towels. A pay phone takes both incoming and out going calls. There is a paved sitting out area with barbecue and garden furniture and there is also ample car parking space.
For local shopping the village of Drumnadrochit is five miles away and the town of Inverness with its many facilities, an eighteen mile drive.

Drumbae Guest House is a family run bed and breakfast in the heart of Strathglass and only 10 minutes from the beautiful Glen Affric.
Our bed and breakfast accommodation consists of:
* 1 double with en-suite
* 1 double room private bathroom
* 1 twin room private bathroom
All our guest rooms are bright and spacious with views across Strathglass. They all have tea and coffee making facilities, Sky TV, DVD/CD player, radio alarm clock, and hairdryer.
Our breakfasts are made from fresh locally sourced produce and where possible organic.
Drumbae is the perfect base for exploring all that is on offer in the Glen Affric, Strathglass, Glen Strathfarrar and surrounding areas.
There are two local restaurants in the village of Struy, one only 1 minutes walk and the other less than 5 minute walk. Drumbae Guest House is only a short drive from Beauly where you will find various shops, gift shops, restaurants, cafes, banks, a chemist and post office.
