Set beside beautiful Loch Maree and at the foot of Beinn Eighe in the midst of the majestic Torridon Mountains and with many other Munros and Corbetts close by, Kinlochewe Hotel is an ideal base for both serious walkers and climbers and those looking for less strenuous activities among some of Scotland's most beautiful scenery.

This 9 bed-roomed hotel is ideally situated for walking, climbing, bird watching or touring the North West of Scotland. The Beinn Eighe Nature Reserve, the Inverewe National Trust Gardens, the spectacular Applecross Peninsula and the Isle of Skye are all within easy reach.

Our newly refurbished bar and lounge offer guests a truly relaxing ambience in which to enjoy their stay. Delicious and satisfying home-cooked food is prepared with flair and imagination using top quality local produce. A selection of draught and bottled real ales and around 50 malt whiskies plus a comprehensive choice of soft drinks are served in the Hotel's "Beinn Eighe Bar", where you can unwind beside the wood burning stove.

Kinlochewe Bunkhouse is part of Kinlochewe Hotel. The accommodation consists of one dorm with 12 bunks and lockers. It is centrally heated with showers, toilets, drying room with a dehumidifier and a well equiped kitchen.

The Bunkhouse is ideally placed for walking and climbing in the Torridon Mountains.

The Hotel's "Beinn Eighe Bar" is open all year round and has a selection of draught and bottled real ales, around 50 Malt Whiskies and serves excellent home-made food. Breakfasts can also be served in the Hotel by prior arrangement.

We provide pillows and pillow cases but ask that you bring your own sleeping bags and towels, and a padlock for the locker.

For cyclist we are able to provide secure housing for bicycles.

The Pines is a self catering holiday home in the Highland village of Kinlochewe close to the shops and the local hotel/pub.

The cottage offers off-peak central heating, with an open coal fire, and comprises a lounge, two twin bedrooms (one large and one small), bathroom with shower and new fully fitted kitchen. All mod-cons are provided including satellite television, radio/CD player, and DVD player with a small library of CD/DVDs.

The Pines has a secure fenced large garden around the property with a driveway which can accommodate up to four cars. Over the road there is a new walkway through the hills and it is ideal for the walker.

Electricity and off-peak central heating included in cost as is the supply of coal.

Spacious master bedroom overlooking Beinn Eighe. King-size bed, fitted wardrobes, quality dressing table and bedside cupboards. The 2 twin bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and quality furniture.

Modern bathroom with 3 piece suite and over-bath electric shower. Downflow heater, heated towel rail. Further separate washroom with wc.

Ample parking space within the grounds of the bungalow. Well-behaved pets by arrangement. Shopping and petrol are available in Kinlochewe Village, approximately half a mile. The Kinlochewe Hotel is open most of the year, providing bar meals etc.

The area's attractions include whale watching and marine trips, including visits to the puffin colonies on the Shiant islands, salmon, sea trout, brown trout, pike and sea fishing, bird watching, falconry courses golf course and pony trekking. Also, boat trips on Loch Maree to view Viking graves, bike hire, car hire, deer stalking and deer museum, guided hill walks and guided climbing and sea kayaking trips, and Inverewe Gardens, to name but a few.

Aultroy is a traditional 19th century crofthouse that has been tastefully restored to provide comfortable self-contained holiday accommodation. About a mile to the north west of the small village of Kinlochewe, the cottage is located in the Beinn Eighe nature reserve, a short walk from the Beinn Eighe Visitor Centre.

Aultroy is ideally situated for both loch and sea fishing, climbing, hill walking, bird watching or just a quiet relaxing holiday.

Ground Floor:-

The kitchen has a beamed ceiling and is well equipped with a double oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is a country-style dresser and dining for 4 adults.

The sitting room also has a beamed ceiling and an open fireplace. This room can also be used for dining if preferred.

Upper Floor:-

The two bedrooms can each be adapted for either twin or double beds. A cot is available on request.

The bathroom has a toilet, sink, shower and shaver point.

Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are included. Electricity is included in the tariff but there is a separate charge for coal and logs.

The village of Kinlochewe lies at the foot of majestic Beinn Eighe and at the head of picturesque Loch Maree. It is a 20 minute drive to the village of Gairloch which boasts a large stretch of sandy beach with lovely clean Atlantic water.

The apartment consists of 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedded room. Toilet & shower. Open plan kitchen and living room. Kitchen contains cooker, fridge, deep freeze, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave. There is a TV and a radio cassette player.

Electricity, linen and towels are all provided. Hallin is joined to the owner's house and has shared parking space.

For walkers Kinlochewe provides easy access to a number of Munros including Beinn Eighe, Slioch, Liathach, and Beinn Alligin. There are also a variety of easier low level walks and a visit to the Beinn Eighe visitor centre just down the road is another "must". Gairloch offers a variety of other activities including wildlife boat trips, golf, restaurants and bars. A little further away are the world renowned subtropical Inverewe gardens.
