We are situated 9 miles south of the idyllic fishing village Ullapool and 2 miles north from the Braemore Junction, where you can see the spectacular Measach Falls in the Corrieshalloch Gorge.
The house was built in 2002 and is therefore modern but sympathetically blends in with the surroundings. Guests are welcome to use the sitting room or relax in the garden where a variety of birds (tits, finches and woodpeckers) visit.

To start off your day we offer a variety of breakfast options. A full Highland breakfast with our own genuine free range eggs or if you would prefer we can offer a more continental option with a variety of meats and local cheeses. Alternatively, a vegetarian option can be offered on request. Cereal and fresh fruit are available for all to help themselves.
If you require an evening meal or packed lunch this can be arranged on request.
Set in the heart of Strathmore next to the River Broom and the Lael Forest, there is an abundance of delightful walks nearby with some interesting fauna, wildlife and geology.
On the doorstep are more Munros and Corbetts than you can shake a stick at. Beinn Dearg and her companions can be climbed immediately from the house and the Fannich Hills, An Teallach and the Fisherfield forest are all within a few miles. For the more adventurous the Ullapool Gorges are practically on the doorstep and offer some unique scrambling opportunities.

Seagulls has three bedrooms sleeping two in each room. We
have a kingsize bedroom, a double bedroom and a twin bedded
room. There is a very well equipped kitchen, utility room,
bathroom and additional toilet and washbasin downstairs.
Bring your laptop as we have wireless Broadband for our
guests.
We have refurbished the house to a very high standard in order
to achive a four star status which was awarded in April 2008. This has been reconfirmed for 2010.
We opened in May 2008 and are very pleased with the very positive feedback that we have received endorsed by the high number of repeat bookings we receive.

Seagulls is located in one of Ullapool's quietest and loveliest
streets but is only 3-5 minutes walk from the sea front and
harbour where there are shops, restaurants and pubs that offer
a variety of excellent food with or without live music.
Seagulls is a no smoking house and unfortunately we do not
allow pets in the house. A cot and high chair can be provided
by request free of charge.

A warm welcome awaits you at Woodlands - a family run Bed
and Breakfast in a bright, warm, modern house, in the very
centre of the beautiful Highland village of Ullapool. We are
close to the shops, all the amenities and the Ferry Terminal for
Stornoway and the lovely islands of Lewis and Harris.
We have one double room and one twin room, both with
wardrobes, heaters, washbasins with hot and cold water, towel
rails, individual hand and shower towels, tea and coffee making
facilities, remote control colour television and clock-radios.
In the double room given notice, a folding bed for a child or
small adult is available.
We have a guest bathroom, reserved for exclusive use of the
two rooms, complete with electric shower (never runs out of hot
water !), and heated towel rail.
We specialise in making and serving homebaked bread and
rolls, homemade marmalade and jam, and home oak smoked
kippers and salmon.

Both Fern and Moss Cottages have fully-furnished, comfortable, modern living rooms with electric heating, a TV/Video and a CD player. All furnishings are to a high standard and there is a selection of CD's, videos and books.

West House was the Manse for the former church at the heart of the picturesque Highland fishing village of Ullapool.
The house has undergone extensive refurbishment and now provides four quality rooms which are spacious and completely self-contained. Each room has a TV with satellite Freeview, tea and coffe making facilities as well as a mini fridge containing a continental breakfast with a selection of cereals, home made cakes, Ullapool oatcakes, cheese, bread, yoghurt and fresh fruit.
Three room are ensuite; the fourth has a private bathroom, but not ensuite. Two rooms have double beds and two rooms have twin beds which can be joined together to vreate super kingsize double beds upon request.
Facilities include Internet access (though own laptop), bike hire and a drying room.
West House is a non-smoking establishment and is open all year round.

A family run bed and breakfast in Ullapool, Ross-Shire, on the west coast of the Highlands of Scotland. This breathtaking holiday cottage in Ullapool has all the modern facilities needed to provide a comfortable stress free holiday. An oil fired Rayburn provides central heating, hot water and cooking. A Clearview multi fuel stove provides extra heating and atmosphere.

Kilbrannan is a beautiful bungalow situated in the elevated position of Braes, within 1/2 mile from the centre of Ullapool. It has 3 bedrooms, all of which have fitted wardrobes, bedside chests and bedside lights. The main south-facing double bedroom, with extensive views to Loch Broom has an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin. The twin bedrooms are situated to the rear and to side of the house, the house also contains a main family bathroom with bath and shower attachment on the side of the bath. All bed linen and towels are provided (please notify owner of number of guests before arrival), as well as Central Heating (oil-fired) and Electricity.
The dining kitchen contains a very high standard of modern appliances, including: large cooker (gas hob/electric oven) with extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher, larder fridge, kettle and many cupboards and storage space. Crockery is to be found in the cupboards and provides many utensils for up to 6 people.
From the kitchen, a door leads to the utility room, which contains chest freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer as well as portable drying facilities. A door exits from here into the garden and drying facilities outside.
Kilbrannan has a south-facing lounge, with marvellous views to Loch Broom and the surrounding hills (An Teallach & The Fannich hills). The lounge provides many indoor recreations, such as Videos and DVDs (for the family and for children), a variety of books for all ages and a variety of board games and playing cards.
Kilbrannan has oil-fired central heating throughout the house, which provides for a cosy atmosphere for those colder times! Outside the house, there is a large enclosed garden, with plenty areas to sit out in on comfy garden chairs, as well as a drying area close to the house.
The owner regrets that Kilbrannan is no smoking and no pets.

Corry Lodge B&B is a fully self contained bed and breakfast chalet situated in a 1.5 acre birch woodland garden less than 2 miles from the picturesque village of Ullapool in Wester Ross. It is well equipped and has full underfloor heating for that all year round comfort and warmth.
A choice of twin or double bedded rooms are available, both of which have the facility for a foldout bed or cot [these can be provided on request] Each room has a colour TV and En-Suite facilities.
We are a Vegetarian non-smoking B&B with a choice of full or continental breakfast [evening meal is available by arrangement]
The lounge/dining room is equipped with a fridge, toaster kettle microwave and sink, which may be used at anytime for your relaxation.
The lounge/dining room leads on to a veranda with seating for those long summer evenings and over looks the garden, surrounding countryside and Loch Broom the large sea loch which provides Ullapool with one of the worlds largest natural harbours.

The Inn was originally built in the 18th Century and is perfectly situated on the shore of Loch Broom on the north-west coast of Scotland in the centre of Ullapool.
