The Heron is a spacious first floor flat which includes the former drawing room of this fine Victorian home and enjoys magnificent views over Pitlochry and the Tummel Valley. Ideal for those who just want to sit and relax and admire the view whilst still being in the centre of Pitlochry.
The sitting/dining room has colour television and video and a double bed-settee for additional guests. There is one double and one twin bedded room; both with en-suite bathrooms. Also an additional toilet with handbasin.

Buttonboss Lodge has 7 en-suite bedrooms, comprising twin, double and family rooms, and 1 single room with its own private bathroom. Bedrooms are located on the ground and first floor of the house, one of the ground floor rooms is suitable for wheelchair users.
All bedrooms have tea and coffee making facilities and their own television. For added comfort all bedrooms are fitted with their own heating control so guest can set the temperature to suit themselves.
There is a newly decorated residents' lounge with gas fire and satellite television, where guests can plan their activities or just relax.

Corrie Beag is a superb, well-kept, detached bungalow, situated on the edge of Pitlochry, a few minutes walk from the Festival Theatre, Loch Faskally and the Hydro Dam and a short distance from the centre of this popular tourist town.
The house sleeps up to six, in four bedrooms - one double, one twin and two singles. Bedrooms are tastefully decorated. There is also a large, well-equipped and fitted kitchen-diner, a comfortable, bright and airy lounge, one bathroom with bath and overbath shower and an additional fitted shower room with toilet.
The house is carpeted throughout and has gas-fired central heating which can operated by visitors according to their comfort. There are radiators in all rooms. The house is also double-glazed throughout, all windows have curtains and most windows have the benefit of venetian or roller blinds.
There is ample parking for three cars, one in a lockable garage and two on the drive. There is a quiet and pleasant garden with seating and a furnished summer-house.
Bookings are normally from Saturday to Saturday but we are happy to make other arrangements if possible. Corrie Beag can accommodate six visitors but smaller sized groups are welcome too and at discounted prices.
Short breaks or last-minute bookings are also available at lower prices.

Rowanlea is situated in its own grounds in a very quiet part of Pitlochry, close to the golf course and Cuilc (the duck pond). It has tremendous panoramic views across the Tummel valley to the hills beyond. It's a pleasant 10 minutes walk into the town centre where you can find all the shops and restaurants you require.
The two letting bedrooms both have en-suite facilities but with slightly different features. If you prefer the spaciousness of a walk-in shower then the Walker Room would be your choice, if you prefer a traditional bath with shower above, then the McCabe Room is for you.
Facilities in both rooms include colour televisions, hairdryers and complimentary tea & coffee making facilities. The house is equipped with underfloor heating and double glazing throughout. Heated towel rails in the bathrooms.
Just a short drive away are distilleries, the famous Blair Castle, the magnificent Perthshire countryside or if you prefer, some wonderful shopping at The House of Bruar. It is ideally situated for sporting activities such as fishing, walking, golf, cycling and water sports. Rowanlea is the nearest B&B to the golf course.
A courtesy service is available to and from both the theatre and the railway station. Evening meals by prior arrangement.

We have one single, one twin and three double rooms, all with ensuite shower and toilet facilities. We do not have a resident's lounge, but we do have a comfortable, heated patio conservatory. Our bedrooms are comfortable and spacious and all have television and tea/coffee making trays. We have central heating throughout, the rooms are safe and secure, freshly decorated and all are at ground floor level.

GARDEN COTTAGE accommodation comprises one twin bedroom, one double bedded room, one bath room - separate shower room, a living/dining room and galley kitchen. Access from the twin bedroom to the living room is through the double bedded room.
The cottage is cosy, with electric storage heaters and panel radiators. There is a colour television, video, hair dryer and electric blankets on the beds. The kitchen has a four-ring hob, oven, microwave oven, refrigerator with ice box, and clothes washing machine and an adjacent drying green.
Car parking is some 30 metres away, alongside the main house, and Garden Cottage is accessed up nine steps from the rear courtyard. All linen, towels and kitchen towels are provided. Electricity is metered and charged on departure.
THE COURTYARD APARTMENT is situated on the ground floor of Dail na Coille House, with its own entrance, from the rear courtyard. This accommodation comprises a studio with double bed, en suite bath/shower room, and separate galley kitchen. It enjoys front views over the garden to the Fonab Hills beyond. The apartment has central heating, colour television, video, hair dryer and electric blanket on the bed. We are centrally located and enjoy a commanding position just above the main street of the town, far enough away however not to suffer from any annoying transport noise. Guests can relax in the sun on one of our south facing terraces, admire the uninterrupted panoramic views or stroll through our award winning garden directly onto the town's main street. We have a safe secure private car park for motorists, and can arrange pick ups for those travelling by public transport.
The rooms and public areas at Carra Beag reflect the charm of the Victorian era in which the house was built. We have made every effort to retain many of the original features. The rooms at Carra Beag have been individually designed and decorated in a way sympathetic to the history of the building.
Most of our rooms have en-suite facilities but we retain a small number of rooms with a shared bathroom for the budget traveller or perhaps for the children of the family. Comfortable recently converted Coach House just 5 minutes walk from the town centre. Spacious, no smoking rooms, in a lovely setting.
This delightful cottage has recently been converted from a stable and coach house and has been completed to modern building standards. The property sleeps two adults and up to two children (sharing a large family bedroom with two double beds). Outside there is a spacious enclosed courtyard with brick built barbecue, seating and ample car parking. As the cottage is situated in the large garden of our own house, the upper lawn and wooded area is available for guest use.
All prices quoted include electricity,bed linen and towels.
Short breaks may sometimes be available at short notice only, or during low seasons. Special rates will sometimes be available.

The Garden Cottage is located to the rear of Kinnaird House and has panoramic views across fields to Pitlochry Golf Course, Craigower Hill and mountains beyond.
There is a stone flagged patio and outside furniture for summer guests, an ideal vantage point to enjoy this wonderful view. The garden is south facing and enjoys the sun all day.
The cottage has a sun porch at the entrance that catches the morning sun. It has a very spacious lounge with two gigantic windows that overlook the same Pitlochry view as the patio, through which the evening sun floods through. There is also a separate dining room/sitting room and a small but fully equipped kitchen with plenty of crockery, cutlery and utensils. The shower room is downstairs. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, one double room and one with twin beds.
The Garden Cottage Pitlochry, is fully double glazed with central heating downstairs (in winter) and self control electric heating upstairs. The lounge also had an additional cosy flame effect electric fire.
All bed linen is included, electricity by meter reading.

The newly built Scottish holiday log cabins and chalets are of a truly excellent standard and many thoughtful extras like woodburners and spa baths have been included. We offer very clean and well maintained accommodation for your holiday or short breaks here in Pitlochry.
Specifically designed to take maximum advantage of the panoramic views, our log cabins are uniquely built and architecturally designed. There are double patio doors leading out from the lounge area onto a spacious and private decked patio. We have provided outside furniture for summer guests.
Each Log cabin has one or two bedrooms, a bathroom with both bath and shower (most now have spa bath), a fully equipped kitchen, and open plan living area. They are fully double glazed, with self control electric heating and cosy woodburner.
The self catering log cabins are reserved for non smokers and unfortunately, much as we love them, we cannot accommodate pets.

Our small personally run boutique style hotel reflects our personality. We love to be intimate, relaxed, friendly and enjoy eating and cooking great food.
The Tigh-Na-Cloich has ten ensuite bedrooms, including a ground floor room. All are individually furnished, and as one would expect in an older house, all differ in size and aspect, but are all well equipped to the same high standard, to include colour television, hair dryers and superior double glazing. All rooms are non smoking.
Today the hotel still retains all its original charm, improved by luxury furnishings throughout. All our rooms are beautifully appointed and individually designed with care and thoughtful detail.
