For guests who prefer the independence of self-catering accommodation, the Coach House is located within the beautiful grounds of Rose Cottage. Recently converted, the original building dates from 1840, and now offers a luxurious retreat for two. Set in a secluded and peaceful location, yet just minutes away from the amenities of Aberfeldy, the Coach House also enjoys its own private garden with outdoor seating and barbeque facilities.
The ground floor has a relaxed feel with a spacious open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. There is also a downstairs shower, WC and utility room. The first floor provides a large, airy double bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom. The Coach House is furnished to an exceptionally high standard, and includes gas hob/electric oven, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, LCD television, DVD and CD player. Bed linen and towels are provided along with eco friendly kitchen and utility products, and Shetland Soap Company toiletries in the bathrooms.
All heating and lighting costs are included, and a welcome refreshment tray will be waiting for you on arrival.
We regret we are unable to accept children under the age of 16 or pets in the Coach House. We are a non-smoking establishment.

Welcome to Guinach House in the heart of Highland Perthshire. Guinach House is a large Edwardian country house set in 2 acres of landscaped gardens. It can be found at the foot of 'the birks of Aberfeldy' immortalised by Robbie Burns...
Guinach House offers the perfect setting for groups of family and friends alike looking for somewhere to gather. It offers flexible accommodation for up to 11 adults and children in 4 spacious bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. It has a well equipped contemporary kitchen and a large dining room. There is a grand hallway with enough space for partying or children's games plus two lounges; one with large TV/DVD and full sky package; the other for evening gatherings around the open log fire.
Ground Floor: Large entrance hall, sitting room with open fire, TV lounge, large dining room, utility room, kitchen/diner, cloakroom with WC and WHB.
First floor: 4 spacious en-suite bedrooms sleeping up 11 people.
All linen and towels provided. Gas central heating, electricity and logs for open fire included (all showers run directly off hot water system). Sky TV and DVD, WiFi, six ring gas hob, electric oven, American style fridge/freezer, microwave, 2 dishwashers.
2 acre garden with pond and stream. BBQ and outdoor furniture. Two additional z-beds available for small children. Laundry facilities available.

Carn Dris is an Edwardian country house, formally a Manse, it is situated in its own private grounds overlooking Aberfeldy Golf Course, five minutes from Aberfeldy by car, & has beautiful views of the Tay Valley.
We have available three bedrooms, all en suite, two are a double and one twin bedded room.
There is also a local pub within walking distance.

The Beeches sits on the western edge of the town in a small private development close to the River Tay.
Sleeping accommodation consists of two double bedrooms with en-suite, colour television and tea and coffee making facilities:

Nestled within the foothills of Schiehallion sits Glengoulandie Country Park, a family run business that boasts some breathtaking scenery and wildlife. Within these grounds sit 14 luxury log cabins, cleverly designed around a picturesque lochan attracting a wonder of varying birds and other wildlife.
Each log cabin has been avidly designed and built to ensure that all guests get the maximum comfort while taking in these wondrous sites.
Both of our lodges are fully furnished and equipped throughout. Each lodge comfortably accommodates 6 people, there are 3 large bedrooms with 3 en-suite bathrooms, a large hall area and an open-plan living, kitchen and dining area which opens out onto a veranda overlooking a lochan and the wildlife on the grounds of Glengoulandie Country Park.
Not only are these log cabins beautiful inside and out, but they are situated at the foot of Schiehallion "the fairy mountain of the Caledonians", which makes it a great spot for hillwalkers and anyone keen on the outdoors. Looking out from the cabins you can see Glengoulandie Country Park's spectacular herd of red deer and highland cattle and for the keen fisherman there is a fly-fishing lochan within the grounds stocked with brown and rainbow trout, but most of all, guests can just sit back and enjoy the peaceful and tranquil place that Glengoulandie truly is!

My large, modern bungalow is situated in a quiet part of town within easy walking distance of all amenities and is an ideal base for touring the many attractions in the area. My personal attention is given to everyone to ensure a warm welcome and friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
A large spacious lounge is available for all guests where you can watch TV or chat with the other guests. A large traditional Scottish breakfast is served at separate tables in the dining room or in the conservatory with picturesque views of the surrounding hills.

FONSECA COTTAGE is a cosy traditional cottage within the village of Aberfeldy, it has one double bedroom with an en-suite shower and washbasin and one twin bedroom. There is a well equiped dining kitchen complete with microwave and fridge freezer.
There is a comfortable living room with sofas, television with DVD player and CD stereo. The house has a downstairs loo and access to a garden with patio area complete with outdoor furniture.
INNIS GHLAS is a spacious traditional townhouse within the village of Aberfeldy, it has two double bedrooms each with an en-suite shower room, two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. There is a large modern well equipped dining kitchen complete with dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer.
There is a lovely living room with plenty of comfortable sofas, television with DVD player, CD stereo and a study area. In addition there is a playroom/snug with a television and DVD player, seating and a selection of toys. The house also has a cloakroom.
